23 April 2007 | Mr. Massoud Samiei will attend the Nobel Peace Prize Event taking place in Buenos Aires, Argentina on behalf of the IAEA, present on behalf of PACT, meet with key counterparts to start the regional process, meet and coordinate with PACT's interagency partners attending and presenting at the event.
